Susan helped me sell my difficult selling condo which had high HOA fees. I was in a hopeless situation where I didn’t think my home would sell and I was desperate to be elsewhere with my family. Susan made the transaction easy and effortless. She took the extra care to lay out my options for me. She was very honest and thorough. I have never met anyone to easy to work with. Susan mapped out a plan for me the moment we set up our first introductions. She told me where me and my last realtor went wrong and how we could avoid those mistakes. Susan is highly efficient in mortgages and how to make sure offers are valid. I appreciated this because I had a buyer prior whose financing fell through and my last realtor didn’t see the signs of that coming when Susan surely would have. If you are in a situation like mine and are trying to navigate selling in this market I highly recommend her. She is reliable, intelligent and very considerate in making her clients comfortable and successful in a difficult market. I couldn’t thank you enough Susan. I truly mean that. Thank you. ☺️

I can’t recommend Sue enough. She went above and beyond to ensure that not only was my condo sold, but that everything went perfectly well on closing day. She kept me updated and informed, and she was upbeat and positive throughout. It was not a good time to sell, but she made it all turn out as well as it possibly could have! I’m so grateful I signed on with her!

Sue is a top-notch realtor! She and Dave met with us multiple times before we listed our home to get to know our family and understand our selling goals. We had a strict timeline and several hurdles, including solar panels. Sue worked with us every step of the way and was available at all hours for questions and concerns. She thoroughly researched all aspects of our neighborhood, solar panels, and contracts to ensure a smooth process. She is caring and tireless on the job, often going above and beyond for her clients.
