Sue is the hardest working, most solution oriented realtor I've ever known! She gets to know her clients and strives to find their perfect home. She takes an original approach and no obstacle is too much of a challenge. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about Sue! Highly recommend. A+++++++++++

If selling homes was an Olympic event, David and Sue would win the gold medal! They excel in their expertise of the market and especially the Oviedo area, openly sharing information about the current market and any changes as they occurred. Preparation was outstanding, and their partnerships with the right marketing resources made a phenomenal difference. Their commitment to excellence and selling our property was shown throughout the process. A strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills, coupled with their willingness to be available to us and buyer agents throughout the week, contributed greatly toward the quick sale of our home. Their attention to detail made a big difference too, whether in the financing or appraisal area. Sue is the most effective Realtor I have ever had . Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and a vast network of colleagues who helped my VA loan offer accepted over multiple others. She made the home-buying process as easy as it can get. Sue also went above by helping find a contractor to quickly fix a few issues with the house that she negotiated off the sale price. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house and will gladly hire her again if I need a realtor.

Sue cares and it shows! . From the first conversation i had with Sue I knew she was on my side. It was important to her that we got a house we could love forever. It was such a joy to work with someone who actually cared. You can really tell that she genuinely loves what she does and gets real enjoyment out of finding the perfect match for her clients. I cannot recommend her enough. She and Dave make a great team and they make the customer a priority every step of the way. Even now, after the deed is done, she is merely a phone call away. Perfect͏ home buying experience for first time home buyers We were scared going into buy our first house, but Sue was there every step of the way to answer our questions and keep us focused through the up and down. She worked around our busy scheduled and cut throuhhball the BS for us. I can’t think of a single thing Sue told us that was not accurate,a time she didn’t either had the answer or found it for us or let us down in any other way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sue, if we ever get another home or sell this one she will be our first call.

Above and Beyond Amazing. Sue Smith is an extraordinary agent! She guided us superbly through the sale of our last home and the purchase of our new home. Sue not only had great insight into the market but also was experienced with the financing pieces of our transactions as well. We were very pleased and surprised that she was present for all of our meetings with the builder and title company. We were not living in our home during its sale so Sue went above and beyond the call of duty to check on it and report and/or address any problems that arose. Sue was always professional, friendly, and encouraging through what could have been a very stressful transition. Sue got us the price we wanted for our home in a very short period of time. You won’t find another agent that works as hard as she does. I highly recommend her.

Professional, and easy to work with . Sue and David makes the transaction very easy for the seller. They stay on top of the things, and provided constant updates during the whole process. They negotiated well for the seller during with the buyer, and tried all reasonable effort to help maximize the sale price for the seller. Great to work with them!

There should be at least 6 stars. This was the fourth house we have sold, we have never had an agent/s this great. When they say "don't worry" They mean it, Handled everything, no problem was to big or too small for them. There moto should be "If we can't sell your house, it can't be sold" They got our asking price and did in in only a couple of days. If your selling don't miss giving them a call. Awesome experience I can’t say enough about our working experience with Sue. She was responsive, genuinely cared about myself and my 8 year old daughter. She caught a mistake on the closing documents and an additional 800 was returned to us which really helped with the move. Thanks for everything Sue!!!!

I know it is cliché to say look no further, but really look no further. I would give her a 10/5 if I could so I'll settle for a 5/5. Sue is one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. She made the entire process as simple as reading this review. We where out of state buyers looking to buy a home. We had a bunch of requirements for a home. She went to homes recorded her walk through and sent them to us so we could see the homes. We flew down from central New York for 4 days (2 days to actually look at houses). She had the perfect plan. She mapped out the homes in such a way that we looked at about 16-18 homes in those 2 days. When it came to buying she guided is an a way that made us put our best foot forward. Even stating that she would highly recommend we not do something. In taking her advise it paid off we got the house we wanted. During the process she kept us very up to date on the goings and comings of our home. Even after she has been a great resource for things we wouldn't think of never having lived in the state. You can't go wrong with Sue as your agent.
